SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We ship your order the same day that is placed, as long as it's before 4:00 PM Eastern Time. Standard shipping will take between 3-5 business days from the day the order is placed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are sealed and can be only open by the final customer, so we unfortunately cannot receive any returns or exchanges.

Refund Policy

The time frame to request a refund is 15 days after placing the order, any request after this time frame will be rejected. You can request a refund by contacting us over the phone, email, any of our social media accounts, or by submitting a contact form that you can find in our website.

Missing Product Policy

If you either have a missing mask or receive the wrong mask, we can solve it for you. The time frame to make this request is five days after receiving the products For us to be able to make the change, we only need a visible picture of the products and a short explanation of what needs to be fixed. You can make this request over the phone, email, any of our social media accounts, or by submitting a contact form that you can find on our website.
